The 2019 market season is well underway. While we have been at the Greenville State Farmers Market each Saturday morning since the end of April, other markets are starting to open up around the area. We still plan to be at the Mauldin Market each Tuesday evening during the months of June, July, and August.
The Greenville State Farmers Market is probably one of the oldest markets in the area. It has a retail store which is open Monday through Saturday throughout the year, but Saturday mornings bring the local vendors. Between the hours of 8:00 and noon each Saturday, you can visit vendors selling a wide variety of products. Some of these are handmade craft items, hand-carved wooden items, baked goods, soaps and lotions. If you are looking for unique gifts for a special person in your life or if you want local produce, plants, and honey, stop by the GSFM on Saturday mornings.
May is the month to honor the military. We at Greenville Honey Company are proud of all the military of the USA who sacrifice so much so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have. We gladly give a discount to all our military...whether currently serving or a veteran. Please be sure to let us know when you make your purchase at the market.
We look forward to seeing you at the markets this season!
